Place your order any time you like. From Monday to Friday, we strive to ship all orders that reach us before 10 a.m. (UTC +0:00) on the same day from our warehouse in Austria.
To get an estimate on the shipping, please add any product to your shopping cart and view the information in the shopping cart.
We currently offer two shipping methods. In both cases, your package is covered by insurance and will be handled carefully. Also you have the free option to choose a Order „pick up“ at our Shop in Austria (Gerlos-Hintertux).
The shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking link will usually be sent between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you haven't received shipping confirmation, please check if the e-mail address you provided is correct or if your e-mail inbox is full or spam filter adjustments is needed and e-mails were not received because of it.
Please check the tracking number for your package, which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking number in your account - order history, or contact us directly. If your parcel is waiting for „pick up“, you can pick it up upon presentation of your ID or with written authorization from the recipient.
As long as your order has not yet been forwarded to us, you can change your delivery address easily while you're placing your order or beforehand in your address book.
If you've already completed your order, please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as possible and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address in your order.
When the order is shipped you will receive an automatic generated e-mail with the tracking number to follow up on your parcel. With that number you can track your order and see shipment progress. Just fill in the number in the DHL Button under the text or go to the DHL homepage. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
